You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without our express written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

Case studies, project samples, and work showcased on the Site are presented with client permission. Client names, logos, and project details remain the intellectual property of the respective clients. Weabers retains the right to showcase completed work as part of its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a client contract.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Weabers does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information on the Site for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weabers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Weabers has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.

As a globally operating studio, we work with clients across multiple jurisdictions. Specific client engagements are governed by separate service agreements which may include jurisdiction-specific terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
